What is your Returns Policy?

Returning an unwanted item?

We get it, sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. As long as an item is still in its original unopened condition, we accept returns for free, subject to the rules below. None of these rules affect your statutory rights.

If you return an item within 14 days of the item being delivered to you, we'll give you a refund by way of the original payment method. We aim to refund you within 7 days of receiving the returned item into our warehouse.

Delivery and handling costs are not refundable.

After that?

We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

Final Sale

Items marked Final Sale have been heavily discounted and are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.

Original condition

All items must be in the original, unopened package.

Of course, it's fine to try a clothing item on like you would in a shop, but please don't actually wear it. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return. 

Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!

As the package remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake (it happens!). If we're able to locate the items (it's not always possible) and you'd like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.

Want to exchange an item?

Please contact us via email with your request and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Shipping costs will be the purchasers responsibility on exchanges.

Returning a faulty or incorrect item?

If an item arrives to you damaged, please contact us immediately. Please include your order number, the item that was damaged, description of the damage and photos of the damaged item and the packaging. In some cases, we will need this information to make a claim with the currier. If we sent you the wrong item, we will cover the shipping costs to correct our mistake. Please contact us right away.

Rental Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel at least 30 days prior to the date of arrival, you will receive a full refund of your deposit with no cancellation fee.
If you cancel between 15 and 29 days before the date of arrival, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee; the difference will be refunded. 

If you cancel 4 to 14 days before the date of arrival, we will not refund your deposit unless we can re-rent the unit. If you cancel within 3 days of arrival date, you will be responsible for the full amount of the reservation. This will automatically be charged to your credit card on file.
