ORDERING VIA OUR WEBSITE

Wholesale orders placed on our website will be prompted to submit the order without entering a form of payment. Customer service will call you to confirm the order once we have calculated a shipping cost.

You will then be given the option to pay one of 3 ways:

1. Pay via credit card; a 3% service fee will be added to the total.

2. Pay via check. You order will ship when payment is received.

PLEASE NOTE: When possible, if your business is in Southern Illinois, we will often try to deliver the order rather than shipping it. This will save you on shipping, it gives us an opportunity to show you new products and it gives you the opportunity to pay with a check eliminating the 3% service fee. This is not always possible, but we will do our best to offer this free service when feasible.

SALES TAX EXEMPTION/RESALE CERTIFICATE/RESELLER PERMIT

We require a valid Sales Tax Exemption/Resale Certificate/Reseller Permit or equivalent form on file to place a tax free wholesale order. There is a link to upload your certificate on our website when you apply for a wholesale account. If you prefer, you may also email your state form to Elizabeth at ILOzarksInfo@gmail.com.

CUSTOM ORDERS; CUSTOM PACKAGING:

All custom orders require payment in full before orders can be released to the manufacturer. This is typically made when art proofs are signed off.

All “packaged” items (magnets, stickers, hiking medallions, patches, lapel pins) can be purchased without packaging. Please call us to discuss your needs and we will provide a revised prices quote.

We are able to offer custom packaging for most of our products. Please call us to discuss your requirements.
